About Us

121 Care LTD (121) is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide personal care and support for young adults, older people and those with dementia, sensory impairment, physical disability, mental health and learning disabilities, living in their own homes.

We provide both live-in carers and daily carers for long term, short term or respite care, as well as supporting adults to live independently in the community, by providing support for everyday activities such as shopping, swimming, visiting friends etc.

121 is an Approved Contracted Provider to Kent County Council Social Services and an Approved Provider to the NHS.

We pride ourselves on providing a high quality personal service, hence the name 1-2-1 and we have built up an excellent reputation for providing high quality care at a competitive price, where the relationship between the carer and the client (service user) is key.

All our staff are CRB checked and follow a strict induction and training programme prior to starting work with the company and regular training is maintained to ensure we retain our quality name. Our latest inspection report confirmed that ‘service users were very happy with the service they had received from the agency, and found the staff to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The survey results included comments such as “I am very happy with the care received”, “I am full of admiration “, and “I don’t know what I’d do without the carers”’.
